Ingredients

  • 4 Large Red Potatoes halved

  • Olive Oil (I splash a generous amount)

  • 1 Lemon Juiced

  • Lots of Garlic Minced

  • Salt & Pepper Ground

  • Chili Pepper Flake (to taste)

  • 1 8 Oz Chicken Broth

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Slice Potatoes in half's and place potatoes flat side down in a roasting pan.

  3. Splash a generous amount of Olive Oil

  4. Add lemon Juice, garlic, chili pepper flakes, freshly ground salt & pepper

  5. Add chicken broth

  6. Roast for 45 min until golden and browned
