Ingredients
4 Large Red Potatoes halved
Olive Oil (I splash a generous amount)
1 Lemon Juiced
Lots of Garlic Minced
Salt & Pepper Ground
Chili Pepper Flake (to taste)
1 8 Oz Chicken Broth
Steps
Preheat oven to 350F
Slice Potatoes in half's and place potatoes flat side down in a roasting pan.
Splash a generous amount of Olive Oil
Add lemon Juice, garlic, chili pepper flakes, freshly ground salt & pepper
Add chicken broth
Roast for 45 min until golden and browned
